My name is Carla Picolli, I am a psychologist with extensive experience in Human Resources, Coaching and internationally certified as a Sleep Consultant for adults and children.
Before I specialized in the subject of sleep, I have experienced first-hand how difficult, and sometimes frustrating, it can be to have a baby sleep through the night.
With my first child, my husband and I tried everything to help him sleep better. I read several books, studied different methods, talked to sleep psychologists, until I discovered the Sleep Sense Program. Through this method, gradual and simple, but consistently applied, my son started to sleep better at night and became a much happier child.
It was my strong belief in this method that inspired me to go through the International Sleep Sense™ Certification, which is one of the most recognised, comprehensive and professional sleep consulting training programs in the world. Since then, I have been very pleased to help adults and/or parents in New Zealand, Australia, UK, USA, Brazil, Portugal and around the world to develop healthy sleep habits, making family life better, harmonious and happier.
